Please be advised that the laundry dryer vents are scheduled to be cleaned on Monday, December 30th starting at 9am. This means that the laundry rooms on each floor will be closed all day on Monday, December 30th, until about 3pm. Please make sure to schedule your laundry needs around this shut down. Happy holidays!

Please be advised that the November 14, 2024 board meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, December 18, 2024 beginning at 4:00pm and will be held onsite in the clubroom and via Zoom. The updated agenda will be posted to the bulletin board, mass emailed, and posted to the Resident Portal the week before.

The 2024 Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 25th at 6pm onsite in the community clubroom on the 12th floor. The Annual Meeting will be held directly following adjourning the Open Session Board meeting. All owners are welcomed and encouraged to attend!

As a reminder, quorum is required in order to hold the Annual Meeting. The Association needs a majority of the ownership – or sixteen (16) members – to meet quorum requirements and hold the Annual Meeting. If quorum is not met, the meeting will be reconvened for a later date.

The Port of San Diego Big Bay Boom July 4th Fireworks Show is back, promising another spectacular display over San Diego Bay. Fireworks will be discharged simultaneously from barges placed strategically around the Bay off Shelter Island, Harbor Island, Embarcadero North, Marina District and Coronado Ferry Landing. The impeccably choreographed display will last approximately 18 minutes.

Come down to the bay and enjoy the biggest fireworks show in San Diego!

The fireworks score is simulcast live on 101.5 KGB.The Big Bay Boom fireworks show is displayed from Four barges on San Diego Bay at 9 PM. Bring your lawnchairs, friends and boats to watch from these locations:

Observe the 1,000 feet safety zones around the barges.
Keep a lookout for boats around you.
Have a life jacket for each person on board.
Use the proper signals and navigation lights.
Arrive before dark.

With the upper garage sealing coming to completion the next project is the life safety equipment on the roof and installation of the window washing equipment. The guard rails have all been manufactured and will be delivered onsite in the next few weeks. In addition, the electrician will be onsite in preparation for the roof equipment in the near future. At this time Residents should plan for work to start at the building in late August to early September.
