Life Safety Project

The long awaited life safety project is almost here. The final contracts are being signed and the scheduling will begin soon. Included in this project will be work done to the upper garage, where Owners will need to be moved out of the garage for one week and life safety equipment installed on the roof which means the windows can be washed! This project will take most of 2023 to complete. Look out for Board Meetings or Town Halls to learn more on the project and pay attention to notices sent out by management for schedules.
