Action Holiday Decorating Contest

I wanted to share this fun, holiday incentive that Action is hosting for all Action communities. Residents are welcome to send photos of holiday decorations around the community. You can submit your photos to marketing@actionlife.com.

What’s allowed
• Any exterior or community space decorations
• Entries that show common areas, building exteriors, courtyards, lobbies, entryways, hallways, clubhouses, landscaping, gates, roofs, balconies and patios that are visible from the exterior
• Anything that represents the overall community’s holiday spirit

What’s not allowed
• Photos taken inside individual homes
• Private interior spaces that aren’t shared common areas
• Anything outside of our community policyAction will select the top three communities based on all submitted photos. Those finalists will be posted on social media for a vote. The community with the most votes will receive a $500 gift card for a future community cause or event.

Photos must be sent over by 12/15.

Save the Date – Bellefontaine Holiday Party

The Social Committee is excited to announce that the Bellefontaine Holiday Party will take place on the evening of Wednesday, December 17th!

Packages in Lobby

Please be advised that any packages delivered and left in the lobby for an extended period of time will be placed into the white lobby cabinet for security purposes. We encourage you to check the cabinet regularly if you are expecting a delivery.

Plumbing Issues & After-Hours Service Calls

This is a friendly reminder regarding non-emergency plumbing issues, such as backups in kitchen or bathroom sinks. To help manage the HOA’s expenses and avoid costly after-hours service charges, we kindly ask that you hold off on contacting a plumber until regular business hours whenever the situation allows.

If the issue is not an emergency, for example, if there is no active water damage, flooding, or gushing water, please wait until the next business day to contact a plumber. We also ask that you avoid calling on weekends for non-urgent matters.

This small step makes a big difference in helping us keep operating costs down for everyone in the community. Of course, if there is an urgent situation that threatens property or safety, do not hesitate to take immediate action.
