Upper Garage Sealing Project
Please be advised that the upper garage and driveway sealing project is scheduled from Monday, February 20, 2023- Friday, February 24, 2023. All cars must vacate the garage by 8am on Monday, February 20th and may not return until completion of the sealing. All work will be delayed if there is any rain in the forecast and dry time is dependent on the weather. All cars should be able to return to the garage by Friday, February 24th at 5pm. Owners will be notified by e-blast when they can return and all barriers will be removed once cars may return. No driving or walking on the concreate will be permitted during this time frame. Any car not removed by Monday, February 20th by 8am, may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Owners may park on the street or arrange for other parking for the week the cars cannot be parked in the garage. Owners will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with parking. Two options Owners may look into for parking:

TRASH DURING THIS WEEK
As the dumpsters will need to be removed from the upper garage for the sealing, the trash chutes will be closed for the week. The trash and recycle containers will be relocated to the lower garage into space B3 for the week. Owners must walk trash and recycle down to the lower garage to dispose of trash for the week. Management will follow up with more details of trash pick up for the week once the full details are confirmed. Please note that you may not leave trash out in the common area or by the trash chutes during this time.
