Annual Meeting Reminder!

The 2024 Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 25th at 6pm onsite in the community clubroom on the 12th floor. The Annual Meeting will be held directly following adjourning the Open Session Board meeting. All owners are welcomed and encouraged to attend!
As a reminder, quorum is required in order to hold the Annual Meeting. The Association needs a majority of the ownership – or sixteen (16) members – to meet quorum requirements and hold the Annual Meeting. If quorum is not met, the meeting will be reconvened for a later date.
