Online Architectural Requests

Planning a project at home? Submitting your architectural application is now easier than ever. You can now log in to the Resident Portal, start your application process, which includes downloading the required documents, acknowledging any requirements, and viewing the real-time status of your application.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Log in to the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com.
2. Go to My Home and select Architectural.
3. Click New Application.
4. Under “Items Needed for Submission,” click Download File.
